
No pre-lien notice is necessary. Delaware permits any person who furnishes labor or material for the “erection, alteration, or repair of any structure” to obtain a lien. The owner may require the contractor to provide a list of anyone who may be entitled to a lien. Those filing a claim must wait 90 days before he may file a statement of claim and then has 30 days within which to file a claim. Otherwise, a claim must be filed no later than 90 days from completion of the work. Delaware Code Title 25, §§2702-2712.
