
Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors do not have to file a pre-lien notice. Professional engineers may file a claim within 90 days after completion of the work or furnishing of the services. They must notify the owner by registered or certified mail no later than 2 business days after the claim is filed and notify the superior court in the county in which the lien was filed within 30 days.
